The prerequisite for a direct inpatient admission is a referral slip (form 2: Prescription for hospital treatment) with clear indication of the diagnosis including coding according to ICD-10-GM and the treatment contract.

Outpatient

In addition, some of our specialists also have outpatient practices, for example in order to clarify whether an operation is necessary or to give a second opinion if patients already have an indication for surgery.

Patients with private health insurance and self-payers

Private patients and self-payers can be referred directly to our outpatient consultation. As an additional service, we also offer a special chief or senior physician consultation hour with Drs Flügel and Frankenfeld.
