It is always our goal to make your stay at our clinic as pleasant and transparent as possible. In case you or your relatives and visitors have any outstanding issues, our Patient Advocate is by your side.

Being a neutral and independent contact person, he has the function to check your suggestions and complaints and to forward them to the Clinic Management.

Office hours are on every second Wednesday from 2 pm to 3 pm.
